Where is Chosen by Emilia Rose based?

Our offices are based in Manchester, England. However, many of our items come directly from our overseas manufacturing partners across the globe. This means our customers save on wholesale add on costs which are usually added into the recommended retail price of items. This is why we can offer such competitive prices across our entire wedding, jewellery and gift range. Please keep in mind that if you order multiple items, they may arrive separately due to this.  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do, we offer free worldwide shipping.

Which currency’s does your website offer?


Our store offers currencies in the following: British Pounds, American Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euro’s and Australian Dollars.

Ordering

I entered the wrong address at the checkout

We do not provide replacements if your order has already been shipped to the wrong address based on the address your entered. Please double check your shipping address before your order is placed. 

Orders typically take 1-2 days before your item is posted to you. If you contact us before then we may be able to change the address. 

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact customer services via email or instant messenger.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are dispatched ready for delivery within 2-4 business days. Shipping times vary due to the nature of the merchandise. Orders are generally not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Payment processing

Do I have customer payment protection? Yes, you do. Whether you are buying wedding accessories, jewellery or a fun and funky gift, all transactions at Chosen by Emilia Road are made directly between the buyer using payment providers PayPal and all bank and debit card providers.

Orders paid with a PayPal account include Buyer Protection, a feature managed by PayPal. PayPal Buyer Protection should only be used as a final step if you cannot reach an amicable resolution with us. Orders placed with a credit or debit card via the Marketplace checkout can be raised directly with Shopify.
