Can I return my order?

If you need to return an item, please email us at or contact us through instant messenger for the return’s address. We recommend returning your items tracked to avoid any lost items in the post. Once received you will be issued with a full refund.

Damaged or defective items:

Occasionally this happens due to damage via the postal companies. If this is the case please get in touch and a replacement or refund we be issued that day.
All items can be returned to us up to 60 days. For damaged or faulty items, we kindly ask that you please email a picture of the damaged item, including your full name and postal address so that we can promptly issue a refund or send a replacement. This saves you time and money posting the item back to our UK based offices.
